New Yin Yoga Block. You can still come along to the pay as you go classes running weekly!
Boughton Monchelsea 5.30pm Thursday 6th February.
The Malling School 7pm Monday 10th February.
Boughton Monchelsea 7pm Wednesday 12th February.
All classes are 1 hour and 15 minutes. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before.

Perfect for fitness or non-fit people anyone that suffers with tight muscles, bad backs, shoulders, necks or anyone that is holding tension within their bodies or their mind. You don't have to be fit, young or healthy! Yin is for all we adapt the positions to suit your body there is no wrong or right way to practice Yin.
