Coaching one to one is expensive especially if you want the right coach with the right information. The right coach will not only train you, that's the tip of the iceberg.

You need someone to sit down with you and go through your lifestyle choices, how you live your life and how much change to make over time.

Nutrition, nutrition plans, body stats, calories & macros.

Flexibility, core strength, glute strength, injuries, and of course your goals. The list goes on.

All of this information needs to be taken into account so the right plan can be tailored just for you.

If you want that plan but without the cost of weekly training too, I can help. I am now offering a two hour face to face consultation where I will meet with you at your home and we can go through your lifestyle and how to make those changes. You'll also have access to my tracking apps and workouts and you'll be able to message me for info for 4 weeks.

I will help you to do what you need to do for you so you can go to the gym or whatever it is you do to reach your goals knowing that the food you're eating, the training, the flexibility, the strengthening work you are doing is right for YOU.
