Believe it or not, not everyone wants to lose weight! However, there's a lot of people out there that are pretty tiny but have fat pockets or loose skin and they tell me they need to lose weight. They don't they are skinny fat.......
It might be that they have a baggy belly, loose skin on their thighs, a flat wobbly butt and bingo wings or even moobs if you're a man!
In these cases you should actually be eating more, yes that's right MORE! More good food, because what you really need to do is tone and sculpt your body, not starve it.
No amount of dieting and starving will make your flabby skin tight, all that will happen is you'll get thinner and your skin will just get looser. So in order to 'tighten up' you need to lift some weights, build some muscle and eat right. It's basically that simple! But it is hard work I can't deny that. But isn't starving yourself worse?

Everyone is different, you are an individual and so are your needs. Whatever your goal whether it's to lose weight, build muscle, train for a marathon, the list is endless. You may have injuries, health concerns, the list is endless.
Getting into shape doe not happen over night, after all how long did it take you to get our of shape? If you are on a constant roller coaster of yo yo dieting and you are completely confused about food and training why not take the bull by the horns and actually learn exactly what YOU need to do for your specific goals?
This never ending cycle of dieting and misery can stop if only you had the right information the correct way to train and how to eat. Quick fixes do not work long term doing a little every day is far easier to sustain rather than the constant catch 22 cycle of starvation and binging.
