Friday night! Are you drinking your calories? 1 large glass of wine is around 200 calories!!!!!!! If you have 3 or more you're pretty much drinking a meal!
It's so unfair, I know..... however if you are going to have a tipple and why shouldn't you, you've worked hard all week, you want to relax go out, socialise. Why not look at swapping wine for a white spirit without a sugary mixer? It's all about balance.
1 vodka measure is around 90 cals, add soda water and freshly squeezed lime juice and you're on around 115 cals so you've pretty much halved your cals in one go.
