Ladies that lift!


Started this client on a strip down and a fair bit of HIIT, kettlebells and boxing training and weights to burn fat, 1300 cals and her macro splits were higher on the protein Using my app to track her food and weight and extra sessions to do when I wasn't with her and she knuckled down and did everything I asked. A dream client!


Nutrition coaching IS NOT giving someone a few diet guidelines,, nutrition coaching is part of my package and learning what to eat is just as important as learning how to lift. I am a Precision Nutrition Graduate #precisonnutrition. #PN


After stripping fat for a few months she had lost it all and so we began to up her cals and carbs slowly until she was on 2300 cals.


Learning how to lift is a challenge, but learning to eat more is also strange for a lot of people! Doing it all properly is key with weights & food but anyone can learn, it doesn't take long it can be done.

Learn how to train properly and correctly and you could be reaping all of these benefits, not just a great body!


Anyone can lift, it's so personal to you, you don't have to lift heavy, in fact I wouldn't let you at first! Building up slowly and correctly, making sure you have strengthened your core, worked on your flexibility and you're getting enough sleep are all factored in to your program.
